As the first point of contact and official source for information about Goodwill, please contact corporate communications for interview requests, to provide experts to discuss a wide range of topics, to arrange onsite visits and assist with photo and video needs.
Media Policy
To help us better serve you and ensure the privacy of Goodwill employees, shoppers and donors, and job seekers, we ask that all members of the news media contact us before visiting any of our locations.
Media can photograph or film video of Goodwill buildings and scenes using publicly accessible sidewalks and parking lots. To film on Goodwill property, media must first contact Goodwill’s Corporate Communications team for approval. During an emergency, media may be required to remain within a designated area.
