Whether you’re a teenager looking for your first job, returning to your community after incarceration, or job hunting, we are here to help.

How to find a job through the Workforce Connection Center
- Visit your local Workforce Connection Center.
- Work with a member of the Workforce Connection Center team to discover the right type of job for you.
- Use our computers on your own or get help with anything you need. We're here to support you as you complete online applications, write a resume, or prepare for an interview.
- Apply for jobs that interest you.
- Stay in touch. We can help you overcome challenges and develop new skills at your new job. We are here to support your success in the workplace.

Each Workforce Connection Center hosts events with local companies multiple times each week. Events are free and open to the public. Visit a Workforce Connection Center to learn about upcoming events.

Goodwill TalentBridge, our full-service staffing and recruitment company, works with the Workforce Connection Centers to offer customized training and job placement in high-demand industries. Our innovative approach finds potential employees with transferrable skill sets who are interested in participating in career learning and development. Each program is tailored to the specific needs of the employer and the community where they are located.
