Customized Training Programs

For Individuals Interested in Banking Careers

BMORE, a partnership with BMO Bank, recruits and hires individuals from underserved communities for roles in local bank locations. This program provides higher wages and opportunities for career growth to local individuals in the neighborhoods surrounding bank branches.

For Hospital or Clinic Service Candidates

Goodwill partnered with Children's Wisconsin to recruit and hire individuals for clinic services representative roles. This program focuses on hiring individuals from underserved communities in the neighborhoods near clinic locations. 

For mothers and caregivers interested in healthcare careers

Through a partnership with Ascension All Saints, we created RISE UP, a program that identified high-potential mothers and caregivers working in the hospital system. This program featured a cohort model, group learning experiences, job shadowing, coaching and financial wellness support to help mothers and caregivers advance in their healthcare careers. 

United for Good

A partnership with United Way, United for Good provides opportunities for participants to enter the healthcare and financial industries through specialized training programs. This training program is designed to propel participants into rewarding careers in high-demand fields. 

Public School Paraprofessional

Our partnership with a a large, urban public school system offers training opportunities for individuals interested in becoming fully qualified paraprofessionals by providing test preparation training for interested individuals, both with or without college credits. 

Package to Success

We offer a four-week customized training program in partnership with Walgreens and FedEx. The Package to Success program provides paid hands-on training, work and life skills development, and job application and interview assistance.
