How Gunther built skills through paid work experience

To find a good career fit, Gunther partnered with our Goodwill funded by the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation as well as a job developer through our Temporary Work Experience program.

He was hired at Planet Fitness in Milwaukee where his responsibilities included cleaning and sanitizing the gym 
and providing customer service. Throughout the process, Gunther partnered with a job coach to build relationships and communication skills to ensure that his needs were met. Recently, Gunther was promoted to assistant manager.
