Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago named Deidre Garrett, vice president, TalentBridge and business development, effective today, November 24, 2025. Garrett has 18 years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, workforce planning and team leadership. In previous roles, she excelled in managing large-scale staffing operations, where she implemented innovative hiring practices and significantly improved efficiency and candidate retention rates. She has successfully developed scalable recruiting initiatives, optimized recruitment pipelines, and built strong client relationships, managing territories with $17 million annual revenue.
