Crystal Odom-McKinney Joins Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago As Executive Director, Mission Services - Illinois

Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago today named Crystal Odom-McKinney, executive director, mission services - Illinois, effective September 2, 2025.
Odom-McKinney brings over 20 years of distinguished experience in non-profit management and workforce development, demonstrating a strong track record of leadership, strategic impact and advocacy. In her previous role, she provided oversight and strategic guidance to multi-state partners and territories, successfully managing a $22 million program funded by the U.S. Department of Labor for over 18 years. Her leadership ensured the effective execution of initiatives that transformed lives and expanded access to essential services.
“With Crystal’s proven leadership in workforce development and a deep commitment to community impact, she brings the vision and experience to help us grow our mission and strengthen our services across our Illinois territory,” said Clayton Pryor, chief mission officer.
At Goodwill, she’ll use that experience to lead the strategic and operational advancement of the organization’s mission - Connecting people to work. Preparing people for life. – throughout Illinois, focusing on youth engagement, workforce development and community services. Crystal will oversee the development of programs, cultivate key partnerships with employers and community stakeholders, and guide leadership teams to ensure impact and long-term sustainability.
