Clayton Pryor Joins Springboard to Success Board of Directors
Provides Leadership to Increase Access to Education For Chicago-based Youth
Chief Mission Officer, Clayton Pryor, joins the board of directors of Chicago-based not-for-profit, Springboard to Success. In this role, Clayton supports fundraising efforts and develops connections and partnerships to progress the organization’s work to increase access of area youth to continuing education.
Springboard to Success supports the Chicago Housing Authority in providing exposure and opportunity for public housing youth and raising funds to augment youth programs and services. The organization supports a robust college access pipeline by funding pathway programs, scholarships and events that bridge gaps and reduce barriers to get Chicago Housing Authority youth to and through college and into professional careers.

Clayton joined Goodwill in October 2021 responsible for spearheading organizational strategy for sustained mission impact and long-term growth of programs and services throughout southeastern Wisconsin and metropolitan Chicago. In his role, Clayton leads teams that further define the Goodwill mission strategy, secure workforce partnerships with employers and other community partners, and measure the success of those efforts to drive transformational and equitable impact.
Clayton has nearly two decades of mission-driven passion for job creation, neighborhood revitalization and building sustainable communities. He has managed multi-million-dollar portfolios dedicated to creating career pipelines in underserved communities by offering job skills and training to prepare candidates for a variety of industry sectors. His leadership has been instrumental in developing local, regional, and national initiatives that promote careers, build career pathways, advance skilled workforces, and investment in equitable outcomes.
