Goodwill TalentBridge is now hiring Substitute School Teachers to serve schools across Milwaukee County. This is a great opportunity for individuals passionate about education and looking for a flexible work schedule. We are currently hiring for this upcoming school year, starting Fall 2026.

What We Offer:

• Flexible scheduling: work 1–5 full school days per week
• Weekly pay: $28+ per hour
• Opportunities to support diverse school communities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• Ability to apply for a DPI Substitute Teaching License (guidance on licensing offered as well as ability to earn reimbursement for fees!)
• Current DPI sub license preferred
