- Greet guest and explain menu offerings and specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Enter orders into POS system.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Check on guests throughout their dining experience.
- Process payments and maintain transaction accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen and dining staff to ensure excellent service.
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
As a Bartender, you will prepare and serve beverages while providing exceptional hospitality and maintaining responsible alcohol service standards.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Take drink and food orders and provide recommendations.
- Verify identification and legal drinking age requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
- Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking.
- Process payments and balance bar transactions.
- Support opening and closing bar operations.
- Valid Waukesha County Bartender License REQUIRED
- Two years of bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and proper pouring techniques.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Passion for hospitality and customer service
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- WORK SCHEDULE: Thursday-Monday: 3pm-10pm
- Pay Rate: $15/hr + Tips
