Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create positive, personalized experiences for customers in a branch environment.
• Welcome customers, build rapport, and assist with banking needs through both lobby interactions and scheduled appointments.
• Process a variety of banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and account maintenance requests with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain balancing standards while adhering to branch operational procedures.
• Conduct consultative, needs-based conversations to understand customers' financial goals and identify opportunities to deepen relationships.
• Recommend appropriate banking products and services, including checking and savings accounts, credit cards, lending solutions, and other financial offerings.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools, mobile banking, online banking, and self-service technologies to enhance their banking experience.
• Generate referrals and identify opportunities for customers to connect with specialized partners for lending, investments, and other financial solutions.
• Support branch growth initiatives by building customer relationships and contributing to sales and service goals.
• Complete administrative, operational, and account-related tasks while ensuring accurate documentation and recordkeeping.
• Maintain compliance with all banking regulations, security policies, privacy standards, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with branch team members to deliver a seamless customer experience and achieve overall branch objectives.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in banking, retail banking, financial services, teller operations, or a consultative sales environment.
• Experience meeting performance, referral, sales, or customer relationship goals.
• Knowledge of consumer banking products, including checking and savings accounts, credit cards, lending products, and digital banking services.
• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage customers in consultative conversations.
• Comfortable discussing customer needs and recommending products, services, and solutions that deliver value.
• Experience handling cash transactions and maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with technology, including tablets, smartphones, digital applications, and online banking platforms.
• Demonstrated professional reliability, strong attendance, and a stable work history.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and provide exceptional service while balancing operational responsibilities.
