Patient Access Representative - Saint Francis, WI

Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client, is currently recruiting for Patient Access Representatives to work in a southside Milwaukee area hospital.

This is a Contract-to-Hire role with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift openings, full-time or part-time, and pay rate at $18/hour.

Description:

This position will work with patients, physicians and clinicians to obtain and accurately record necessary demographic and financial information in all areas of Patient Registration. Patient out of pocket expenses will be identified and collected. Effectively communicates registration information to internal and external customers while maintaining a focus on customer service and confidentiality.
 

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in use of a personal computer
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Customer service oriented with a strong interpersonal skills and phone etiquette
• Requires every other weekend and a rotating holiday schedule
