CNC Production Operator - New Berlin, WI

Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client, has IMMEDIATE needs for a CNC Production Operator located in New Berlin.

We have availability on all shifts!  
Base pay rate is $16.50/hr with an additional 6% to 12% shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a CNC Production Operator, you will:

• Load and unload parts from CNC lathes and milling machines.
• Inspect parts using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Follow quality and safety procedures to ensure parts meet specifications
• Package finished products according to customer requirements
• Keep your work area clean and organized 
• Learn additional machine operation skills and setup functions as you gain experience.

• Enjoy hands-on work in a manufacturing environment
• Can follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
• Have basic math skills
• Can read a tape measure or use measuring tools (preferred but not required)
• Have manufacturing or CNC experience (a plus, but not required)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, machine operation, assembly, or production experience
• Basic blueprint reading skills
  • Familiarity with measuring instruments such as calipers or micrometers
