Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client, a leading healthcare organization in the Milwaukee area is hiring CBRF Certified Caregivers for contract and contract to hire roles. We are currently seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers for second shift, third shift, and pool positions.

As a CBRF Caregiver, you will provide personal care, companionship, and daily living support to clients in accordance with company policies and state regulations.

As a CBRF Caregiver, you will provide personal care, companionship, and daily living support to clients in accordance with company policies and state regulations.
What You’ll Do
- Personal Care Assistance — Support clients with:
- Bathing, toileting, and hygiene
- Mouth, teeth, and denture care
- Eyeglasses and hearing aid assistance
- Non-wound skin care
- Simple transfers (bed, wheelchair)
- Mobility and ambulation using walkers, canes, or crutches
- Homemaking Support — Help maintain a safe, clean environment:
- Change and launder linens and clothing
- Prepare and serve meals; assist with eating
- Light housekeeping (vacuuming, dusting, cleaning sinks/tubs/floors)
- Documentation — Record daily activities and observations accurately.
- Confidentiality — Maintain privacy for clients, staff, and records.
- Additional Duties — Perform other tasks as needed to support client care.
- Basic Communication Skills — Ability to read, write, follow instructions, and maintain simple records.
- Independence — Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
- Physical Capability — Able to lift, bend, stand, walk, push, pull, and assist with transfers.
- CBRF Certification — Required for all applicants.
