Caregiver - Dousman, WI

Goodwill TalentBridge, is partnering with a well known senior living community in the Lake Country area to assist in hiring dedicated and compassionate caregivers to work with their residents. 

These would be direct hire opportunities with our client; they have part time and full-time positions available and offer competitive pay. 

 
Responsibilities include: 

•  Assist with personal care, including, dressing, grooming, hygiene, and mobility
• Support residents with meals, housekeeping and laundry
• Plan and lead therapeutic activities to engage residents
• Administer or supervise medication administration according to physician orders

Qualifications:

• Prior caregiving experience required; memory care or dementia care experience strongly preferred
• CNA certification preferred (not required)
• CBRF, First Aid, and Fire Safety certifications preferred; training provided upon hire
• Must obtain AHA First Aid certification within required timeframes and maintain current certification
• Ability to become medication-delegated and safely administer medications
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
