Banquet Server & Event Support Team Member - Menomonee Falls, WI

Are you passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced event environment?  We are looking for dependable, energetic team members to join our Banquet, Catering, and Culinary Operations team.  This versatile position combines banquet serving, event setup, guest service, and kitchen support responsibilities to help create exceptional experiences for our guests at on-site and off-site events.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Banquet Server & Event Support Team Member, you'll play an important role in ensuring successful events from setup through cleanup by:

Event & Guest Service

• Set up banquet and catering events, including tables, chairs, linens, decor, stages, and service stations.
• Serve food and beverages professionally and efficiently to guests
• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide outstanding customer service
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean, organized event space.
• Collaborate with kitchen and event staff to ensure smoot event execution.
• Break down and reset event spaces following events as needed.

Kitchen & Culinary Support

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Clean and maintain kitchen work areas, including floors, coolers, and food preparation spaces.
• Organize and properly store clean dishes and supplies
• Assist with garbage and recycling removal
• Help rotate inventory and put away deliveries within the culinary center
• Assist with food plating and preparation support during catered events

JOB TYPE & QUALIFICIATIONS

• Full time roles - Morning and Evening Shifts Available
  • Event Based Scheduling
  • Weekends as Needed
• Pay Rate:  $16/hr
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Previous banquet, catering, restaurant, food service, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food safety standards is a plus
• Ability to carry serving trays and perform physical tasks throughout a shift
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand, walk, bend, push, and pull for extend periods.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and special events.
