Goodwill TalentBridge, in partnership with an established financial institution, is hiring Associate Bankers and Retail Relationship Bankers. These are direct hire opportunities with full and part-time openings.

As an Associate Banker, you’ll provide exceptional customer service, support everyday banking needs, and help customers find the right financial solutions in a welcoming branch environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the branch lobby
• Conduct needs based conversations to recommend personal banking and credit card solutions
• Support customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Promote digital and self service banking options
• Identify referral opportunities and support branch goals
• Assist with daily branch operations and administrative tasks
• Follow all risk, compliance, and privacy policies

Qualifications

• Bilingual preferred
• 2-4 years of customer service, banking, or consultative sales experience (or equivalent)
• Comfortable using technology (tablets, smartphones, online tools)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work history and company longevity 
• Customer focused, team oriented, and results driven
• Flexible to work at multiple branch locations as needed
