$20/Hour | First Shift | 

Oswego, IL - 30 to 35 hours per week
Lake Forest, IL - 20 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in a branch environment
• Greet and assist customers in the lobby and at service stations
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other banking transactions accurately
• Handle and count cash while maintaining balancing standards
• Conduct needs-based conversations to identify customer financial needs
• Recommend banking products, services, and credit card solutions
• Promote digital banking tools and self-service technology
• Identify referral opportunities and support branch sales goals
• Complete administrative and operational branch tasks
• Follow all banking regulations, compliance requirements, and privacy standards

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required
• Cash handling and cash counting experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and online banking technology
• Demonstrated job stability, long-term employment history, and professional reliability
• Customer-focused with a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in multiple branch locations as business needs require
• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
• Previous banking, retail banking, financial services, teller, or consultative sales experience is a plus but NOT required
