- 1st Shift: 3:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
- 2nd Shift: 12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
- Weekends required (two days off during the week)
- Must be open to 45-hour workweeks (9-hour days)
- Training period (4–6 weeks) includes rotating schedules and cross-training
- Support daily food service operations in a high-volume setting
- Lead, train, and develop teams of 20–100 employees
- Assign daily work and help keep operations running smoothly
- Conduct inspections during meal service
- Ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation standards
- Complete reporting and assist with department needs
- Previous leadership experience in a food service environment
- Ability to lead and support large teams
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
- ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)
