What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, move, and stage materials
- Sort, process, and organize donated goods while maintaining accurate inventory and production records
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments and secure freight for transport
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
- Follow all safety procedures, equipment guidelines, and PPE requirements
- Complete required logs, reports, and documentation accurately
- Communicate equipment, supply, and operational needs to leadership
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and operational goals
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Previous forklift experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification
- Experience working with warehouse, production, or industrial equipment is a plus!
- Ability to operate forklift for extended periods throughout the workday
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work varying hours as needed
- Reliable transportation
- Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and commitment to teamwork, safety, and customer service
