Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday; 3:30pm-12:00am
Employment Type: Contract to Hire 
Pay: $19.25/HR

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, move, and stage materials
  • Sort, process, and organize donated goods while maintaining accurate inventory and production records
  • Verify incoming and outgoing shipments and secure freight for transport
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
  • Follow all safety procedures, equipment guidelines, and PPE requirements
  • Complete required logs, reports, and documentation accurately
  • Communicate equipment, supply, and operational needs to leadership
  • Meet daily productivity, quality, and operational goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For
  • Previous forklift experience 
  • Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification
  • Experience working with warehouse, production, or industrial equipment is a plus! 
  • Ability to operate forklift for extended periods throughout the workday 
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to work varying hours as needed 
  • Reliable transportation
  • Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills 
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and commitment to teamwork, safety, and customer service
