Goodwill TalentBridge has an immediate opening for a 1st Shift Production Associate at the Goodwill Donation Center in Sturtevant, WI. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, offering long-term potential with a stable and growing team.

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday | 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Sunday through Monday 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Position Overview

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

• Sort, move, and process donated goods
• Operate in a clean, organized, and team-focused environment
• Follow safety guidelines and use PPE properly
• Help keep production running smoothly and efficiently
