Empower Youth offers job training, skill building and support to help teens and young adults ages 16 to 24 in the Chicago area prepare for and find their next job.

Once you’ve completed your job training, we will help connect you to jobs based upon your new skills and qualifications, including:

Get started in three simple steps
STEP 1
Fill out the interest form.
STEP 2
Connect with a Goodwill case manager who will reach out to you to learn more about you, your interests and skills.
STEP 3
Work with your Goodwill case manager to schedule your job readiness training sessions.
