West Town Store and Donation Center

Located in the heart of West Town, the Goodwill Store & Donation Center serves nearby neighborhoods including Ukrainian Village, Noble Square, East Humboldt Park, River West and West Loop. We’re also a go-to spot for thrifters and donors from Bucktown, Wicker Park and surrounding areas looking for unique finds and an easy donation drop-off close to home.

Our second hand stores feature gently-used women's, men's and children's clothing, housewares, sporting goods, books, music, movies, toys, games and more. Donations to Goodwill help fund job training and placement programs. Plus, each store keeps thousands of pounds of clothing and household items out of landfills. Located on Grand Ave in the West Town neighborhood of Chicago, the Grand Ave Goodwill Store & Donation Center offers a quick and easy place to donate your clothing and household items. Donations are accepted at the back of the store—accessible via the alley behind the building at Grand Avenue and North Leavitt Street. Look for signage off Leavitt to guide you to the donation drop-off area.

Our donation attendants are happy to help unload your items and provide a receipt if needed. Your generous donations help fund job training and placement programs in the community. Plus, by donating, you’re helping keep thousands of pounds of clothing and household goods out of landfills.
