  • Prepare to become a teacher’s assistant. Our paraprofessional training program can help you pass the entrance exam needed to work in a Milwaukee K-12 schools.  
  • Join the healthcare industry. Through partnerships with local healthcare providers and United Way, we help people use their skills and talents to become Certified Nursing Assistants. 
  • Learn to work in banking. Our partnership with BMO provides individuals with transferable skills the opportunity to participate in BMORE and gain the knowledge needed to work in the banking industry.  
  • Get ready for your first job. Our Empower Youth program offers comprehensive job readiness training for teens and young adults. We focus on helping the newest members of the workforce explore careers in in-demand fields and work to develop the soft skills needed for long-term success. 
  • Start a green energy career. We’ve partnered with the Climate & Equitable Jobs Act to help connect people in Illinois to training for green energy jobs.  
  • Achieve success after addiction. Our Individual Placement and Support (IPS) program provides tailored support for individuals overcoming addiction or living with mental health disorders, ensuring sustainable employment and on-the-job success. 
  • Find inclusive opportunities. We offer training programs and supported employment to help individuals with disabilities prepare for, find, and excel in jobs that celebrate their abilities.
