- Get ready for your first job. Our Empower Youth program offers comprehensive job readiness training for teens and young adults. We focus on helping the newest members of the workforce explore careers in in-demand fields and work to develop the soft skills needed for long-term success.
- Start a green energy career. We’ve partnered with the Climate & Equitable Jobs Act to help connect people in Illinois to training for green energy jobs.
- Achieve success after addiction. Our Individual Placement and Support (IPS) program provides tailored support for individuals overcoming addiction or living with mental health disorders, ensuring sustainable employment and on-the-job success.
