Become a Goodwill Supplier 

Goodwill prides itself in high-quality standards and professionalism. If you demonstrate the following qualifications, we would love to partner with you. 

  • Legally established business: your business must be able to provide legal entity documentation, including an EIN. 
  • For-profit business: regardless of size
  • Financial stability: you must be financially sound, with a good credit record.
  • No exclusions: your business cannot appear on any federal or state excluded party lists.
  • Location: you must be physically able to deliver and service within the United States. 
  • Compliance with RFP, RFQ, RFI or purchase order processes: depending on the opportunity, we might request a response to an RFP, RFQ or RFI. All purchases require a purchase order. Per our policies, any work conducted without a purchase order can be denied payment.
